J.P. Morgan offer in one Super Day

"The progress from before to after is like night and day. The clear framework changed everything — I knew exactly what to do at every point in time. I landed the J.P. Morgan offer before January was even over. One Super Day, done recruiting."

J.P. Morgan first-choice offer

"It's paramount to do it. I can't imagine going through the process without this help. By breaking it up week by week with someone to hold me accountable, the process was so much more relaxed than what I saw my friends going through. First Super Day, top choice, offer the next day."

Wells Fargo NYC offer

"I was an English and political science major at a small liberal arts school. No IB club, no finance friends. I was asked an LBO question and had zero clue. After the program, nothing surprised me in interviews. I felt ready for everything."

Incoming Analyst, Ducera Partners

"Basically all the interviews I landed — I had never even networked with those firms. I'd assume it was my resume. It was really shocking how much it could make a difference."

Sound familiar?

You've decided on IB. But you have no idea how to actually get there.

You've got the GPA, the drive, the commitment. Every time you try to figure out the recruiting process, you hit a wall of conflicting advice, confusing timelines, and zero personalised direction.

1. Information Overload Paralysis

WSO says one thing, Reddit says another, your career center says something else entirely. Dozens of hours in and you're more confused than when you started.

2. Timeline Confusion

When does recruiting actually start? Should you network NOW or is it too early? Nobody gives a straight answer.

3. Profile Uncertainty

Is your 3.75 from a semi-target enough for Goldman? Should you aim for Evercore or middle-market? No one will honestly tell you what's realistic for YOUR profile.

4. Technical Terror

"Walk me through an LBO." "How do the three financial statements connect?" Googled them a dozen times — still couldn't explain under pressure.

5. Networking Anxiety

You should be reaching out to analysts, but you have no idea what to say or how to structure a cold email without sounding clueless.

6. No Personalised Guidance

Finance clubs give generic advice. Upperclassmen are too busy. Career services has never worked on Wall Street. You need someone who's actually done this — for YOUR school tier.

The reality

One shot. No retakes. While you piece it together from Reddit threads, your competitors at target schools are executing a proven plan. You might be completely qualified — and still lose because nobody showed you the process.

The process

How it works — 3 simple steps.

From application to offer, here's exactly what happens.

01

Apply for Your Profile Assessment

Submit your profile. If you pass screening, we get on a 30-minute call where I give you an honest read on your competitiveness, which bank tiers make sense, and exactly what it would take to get there. If I don't think you have a genuine shot, I'll tell you straight. You leave with clarity either way.

02

Get Your Personalised Recruiting Roadmap

If accepted, we build your full plan from day one: firm targeting, resume architecture, personal narrative, networking strategy, technical foundations, behavioral mastery, and interview prep. Everything is sequenced to your specific school, GPA, and timeline. No generic templates. No conflicting advice. One clear plan built for your situation.

03

Show Up. Perform. Get the Offer.

Structured 1-on-1 sessions take you from profile to offer-ready. As recruiting progresses we shift from building to drilling: mock interviews, technical stress-testing, and behavioral refinement until nothing catches you off guard. You walk into Super Day knowing exactly what to say and how to say it.

FAQ

The honest answers.

I'm only a freshman. Is it too early to start?+

It's not too early — it's actually ideal timing. IB recruiting timelines have accelerated dramatically. Students who start building their narrative, resume, and network early have a massive advantage when recruiting opens sophomore year. Every student in my testimonials wished they had started sooner.

I have zero technical knowledge. Can I still succeed?+

Absolutely. My technical training starts from zero — one concept at a time, no assumptions about prior knowledge. One placed student was an English & PoliSci major who couldn't answer a single LBO question when we started. Within weeks, he was fielding technicals across six bank interviews with confidence.

Can't I just use Reddit and YouTube?+

You can. Most students do. The problem is not access to information, it is that there is too much conflicting advice written for someone else's profile. You end up spending months preparing the wrong things. This program gives you one clear plan built for your specific situation.

How is this different from WSO, finance clubs, or career services?+

Large programs like WSO use one-to-many group models with standardised curriculum — the same material as hundreds of other students. Career centers give generic advice from people who have never worked in banking, and finance clubs give peer advice from students figuring it out alongside you. This is true 1-on-1 mentorship — every session, strategy, and mock interview tailored to your specific GPA, school, background, and timeline. I spent 6 years at Blackstone and helped run recruiting there, so you're pressure-tested by someone who has actually evaluated real candidates.

Do you accept everyone who applies?+

No. I only work with students who have a genuine chance of landing offers. If your profile doesn't meet the bar after my assessment, I won't accept you into the program. My reputation depends on outcomes, not volume. If I accept you, that itself is validation that you're competitive.

What's the typical salary in your first year out of college?+

A typical bulge bracket or elite boutique junior analyst makes $180K–$200K all-in in their first year out of college (base plus signing and year-end bonus).
