Information you give us

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
• Application and profile details: school, year, GPA, major, resume, work and extracurricular experience, career goals, and answers to application questions.
• Enrollment and payment details: program selected, billing name and address, and payment-method details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
• Communications: emails, text messages, call notes, booking details, and recordings of coaching sessions where you have been informed they are recorded.
• Anything else you choose to share with us, such as feedback or testimonials.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, time spent, and similar analytics.
• Cookies and similar technologies, including advertising pixels (for example, Meta Pixel and Google tags) used to measure and improve our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Information from third parties

• Data from our scheduling, CRM, and advertising platforms about how you interacted with our forms, ads, or messages.

• To review applications, run qualification calls, and deliver the coaching program you enrolled in.
• To process payments and manage payment plans.
• To schedule, confirm, and remind you about sessions and calls.
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• To send marketing communications about our programs, where you have consented or where permitted by law, with the option to opt out at any time.

If you provide your mobile number and opt in on our forms, checkout pages, or by texting a keyword, we may send you text messages for appointment confirmations and reminders, application and enrollment updates, customer care, and, where you have separately opted in, promotional messages about our programs.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or message delivery, is permitted. All other categories of sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver the messages you asked for or as required by law.

Calls with our team may be recorded for quality and training purposes; you will be informed at the start of the call.

When you provide your phone number through our booking form, you consent to receive appointment-related text messages from Alisha Gandhi LLC, including booking confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notifications. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP. Phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers who help us operate the business, acting on our instructions: website hosting, payment processing, scheduling and booking, video conferencing, CRM and email automation, SMS and calling platforms, and analytics and advertising tools.
• Coaches and contractors working with us to deliver your program, bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, our students, or others.
• Business transfers: if the Company is sold, merged, or reorganized, your information may transfer to the successor, subject to this Policy.

• Marketing emails: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
