Terms and Conditions

We do not guarantee any outcome. We do not guarantee that you will receive an interview, internship, job offer, promotion, or any specific compensation, and we do not guarantee any particular result from participating in the Program. Recruiting outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your academic record, effort, timing, market conditions, and the decisions of employers. Any examples, testimonials, or past student results shared on the Site or in the Program are illustrative only and are not a promise of what you will achieve.

The Program is educational coaching. It is not employment placement, a recruiting agency, legal advice, financial advice, or academic credit.

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars on the Site or the checkout page and may change at any time before you purchase. The price you agree to at checkout is the price that applies to your enrollment.

Payment plans. If you choose a payment plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge each installment automatically to your payment method on the scheduled dates until the full Program price is paid. Choosing a payment plan does not change the fact that you are purchasing the full Program; the total plan price is owed in full regardless of your attendance or use of the Program.

Missed or failed payments. If an installment fails or is not paid when due, we may suspend your access to sessions, materials, and support until the account is current, retry the charge, and, after reasonable notice, treat the remaining balance as immediately due. Unpaid balances may be referred to a collection agency, and you agree to reimburse reasonable collection costs and fees permitted by law.

Taxes. Prices do not include any sales, use, or similar taxes that may apply in your location. You are responsible for any such taxes.

Because the Program provides immediate access to coaching time, proprietary materials, and personalized services, all sales are final and non-refundable once your enrollment is confirmed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly offered in writing by the Company for your specific enrollment.

If you stop participating, do not schedule your sessions, or otherwise choose not to use the Program, you remain responsible for the full Program price, including any remaining installments.

Consumers in the European Union or United Kingdom: you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for services purchased at a distance. By requesting that the Program begin during that period, you agree that we may begin performance and that your right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed, and that you will pay for the portion of services already provided if you withdraw before full performance.

Coaching sessions are scheduled through our booking tools. You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice, or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, are considered used and are not credited back, except at our discretion.

Your Program access and any included sessions or support must be used within the Program duration stated at enrollment. Unused sessions expire at the end of that period and are not refundable or convertible to cash.

We may reschedule sessions when necessary due to illness, emergency, or similar reasons and will offer a replacement time.

All Program content, including lessons, recordings, templates, frameworks, scripts, worksheets, resume and interview materials, and the Site itself, is owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own recruiting preparation during your Program access period.

You may not copy, share, resell, publish, record, redistribute, or create derivative works from any Program content, and you may not share your login or access with anyone else.

Any work product you create using our materials (for example, your own resume or interview answers) belongs to you.

By providing your mobile number and opting in on our forms, checkout pages, or by texting a keyword, you agree to receive text messages from Finance Fast Track / Alisha Gandhi LLC.

• Program name: Finance Fast Track
• Message types: appointment confirmations and reminders, application and enrollment updates, customer-care replies, and, where you have separately opted in, occasional promotional messages about our programs and events.
• Message frequency: varies; typically up to 4 messages per week during active recruiting or enrollment periods, with additional conversational messages when you contact us.
• Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your carrier and plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@alishagandhi.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can enroll in the Program without agreeing to receive marketing texts.
